Now a days, I am very glad being an Engineer and not a Politician or a Financial. Even more, that I am born "RESPONSIBLE".

"Golden Boys" destroyed everything. Not even the banks. Supported from Politicians and Profit Hunters, since 1998, they pressed everybody to follow their wills. They ruined our society, our lives, our incomes, our mentalities, our self respect.

And are not only at the banks and stock market. There are everywhere. There are consultants at your high managerial level, advisors at your key-customers, behind your credit card interest rate or your house loan.

The crisis is here. And will last for long. A minimum of two years. Read the attached "Painful Story #1"  and "painful story #2", try to survive and not to be the next victim. Survive is mainly a personal duty. If your plant will not survive the crisis, be sure that will not respect you, like happened in Orestis in "Painful Story #1".

We suggest you :

• Protect your cash flow. This your family's bread. The last thing that stands between us and the food line is our cash flow, and once that’s at risk, it’ll be like landing in the final circle of doom in Dante’s Inferno (for some).  Read "attachment" on the matter.

• Read carefully and try to follow the instructions of Sandra Simmons.

• Don't follow instructions of the "Golden Boys" for production cost "squeezing" if there are not within the common sense, and especially if they are risking safety or final product quality.

• As a reply to "cost savings" increase the efficiency and the final product quality.

• Eliminate losses, especially in power and maintenance.

In the mean-time improve yourself. You have to do this for :

• yourself,

• your family,

• your future,

• your job, the current or the future job, if your job will not survive.
