Use

WSB ^® 1110 is a highly effective liquid deposit and corrosion inhibitor for treating steam generating systems.

Features

WSB ^® 1110 is a liquid combination of antiscalant, sequestrants, organics and oxygen scavengers.

The deposit control component in the WSB ^® 1110 are

organophosphorus compounds and anionic polymeric dispersants. These polymers will inhibit the formation of hardness-based scale crystals and disperse the resulting aborted scale fragments in the boiler water.

Iron in the boiler water and feedwater circuit is kept in the soluble ferrous form by an effective iron reducing agent. This action better allows the specific iron sequestrants in WSB ^® 1110 to complex iron and remove it via blowdown. The combination of iron reducing agent and sequestrants prevents iron to form

insulating deposits.

WSB ^® 1110 does not contain any phosphate or poly-phosphate, so the produced into the boiler sludge is minimal.

Application

WSB ® 1110 is the product of choice in boilers up to 75 bar, using:

Good quality softened, desalinated or demineralized water
Boiler feed water is treated at deaerator heater, or has a minimum temperature of 65 oC as to initialize the reaction of MEKO
