Use

WSB ^®  1040 deposit inhibitor is a highly effective, easy to feed liquid treatment for steam generating systems.

WSB ^®  1040 is specifically developed for use in the food industry.

Features

WSB ^®  1040 is a liquid combination of antiscalant, sequestrants, and organics.

The deposit control component in the WSB ^®  1040 are

organophosphorus compounds and anionic polymeric dispersants. These polymers will inhibit the formation of hardness-based scale crystals and disperse the resulting aborted scale fragments in the boiler water.

The sequestering agents complex deposit-forming cations in the feedwater and provide on-stream cleaning.

The sequestrants prevent also iron, to deposit and to form insulating deposits.

WSB ^®  1040 does not contain any phosphate or poly-phosphate, so the produced into the boiler sludge  is minimal.

Feeding

The preferred feedpoint for WSB ^®  1040 is to the feedwater line, neat or as a dilute solution.downstream of the feedwater pump, through stainless steel piping and injection quill.

The dosage is dependent upon feedwater analysis as well as boiler operating conditions. A phosphonate test is needed to ensure that the dosage of WSB ^®  1040 deposit inhibitor is within the recommended control range should be used

Handling precautions

Wear suitable protective clothing, goggles and gloves.

In case of contact immediately flush with water for 5 - 15 minutes. After eye contact seek medical advice.
