Use

WSB 1150 is a highly effective liquid deposit and corrosion inhibitor for treating steam-generating systems.

It is a "combined cycle" one drum treatment product, to be used in boilers operating preferably with soft deaerated, low alkalinity feed water.

WSB ® 1150 can be used in all food processing plants, except breweries, dairies and meat plants.

Features

WSB ® 1150 is a liquid combination of antiscalent, sequestrants, organics and oxygen scavengers. In the formulation is also included volatile neutralizing amine, for after-boiler protection.

The deposit control component in the WSB ® 1150 are organophosphorus compounds and anionic polymeric dispersants. These polymers will inhibit the formation of hardness-based scale crystals and disperse the resulting aborted scale fragments in the boiler water.

Iron in the boiler water and feedwater circuit is kept in the soluble ferrous form by an effective iron reducing agent. This action better allows the specific iron sequestrants in WSB ® 1150 to complex iron and remove it via blowdown. The combination of iron reducing agent and sequestrants prevents iron to form insulating deposits.

WSB ® 1150 does not contain any phosphate or poly-phosphate, so the produced into the boiler sludge is minimal.

In  WSB® 1150 formulation is included CATALYTIC SULFITE and Neutralizing Amine ( Di-Ethyl-Amino-Ethanol).
