WSB  2001 is a highly effective liquid  deposit and corrosion inhibitor for treating steam generating systems.

Features

WSB ^®  2001 is a liquid combination of antiscalant, sequestrants, organics and oxygen scavengers and metal passivators.

The deposit control component in the WSB ^®  2001 are

organophosphorus compounds and anionic polymeric dispersants. These polymers will inhibit the formation of hardness-based scale crystals and disperse the resulting aborted scale fragments in the boiler water.

Iron in the boiler water and feedwater circuit is kept in the soluble ferrous form by an effective iron reducing agent. This action better allows the specific iron sequestrants in WSB ^®  2001 to complex iron and remove it via blowdown. The combination of iron reducing agent and sequestrants prevents iron to form

insulating deposits.

WSB ^®  2001 does not contain any phosphate or poly-phosphate, so the produced into the boiler sludge  is minimal.

Feeding

The preferred feedpoint for WSB ^®  2001 is to the feedwater line, neat or as a dilute solution, downstream of the feedwater pump, through stainless steel piping and injection quill.

The dosage is dependent upon feedwater analysis as well as boiler operating conditions. A phosphonate test is needed to ensure that the dosage of WSB ^®  2001 deposit inhibitor is within the recommended control range should be used.

 Handling precautions

Wear suitable protective clothing, goggles and gloves.

In case of contact immediately flush with water for 5 - 15 minutes. After eye contact seek medical advice.
